Moved the existing IntDictType into a new types.py file and added more generic type classes to allow storing dicts[str, Any] in the database.
This is not used yet but will come in handy for #148. I'm splitting off these foundational changes to keep the upcoming feature PR smaller and more focused.
Based on #151 (should be merged and reviewed first)
