- New Get Started page with radio-driven tabs for single-repo vs multi-repo guidance (no JS). - Pruned README, docs/index.md, and FAQ to remove duplication the new Get Started page absorbs. - Rewrote site nav in docs/_config.yml around the new page. - Clarified single-vs-multi-repo intent in spec/schema.cue comments and example YAML headers; regenerated docs/schema.md and spec/schema.md accordingly. - Makefile: auto-detect CA bundle for Jekyll on macOS and add a stop target.
