Motivation
Daily scheduled CI in optuna-examples often fails due to upstream dependency updates, requiring manual maintenance. Given the number of examples and dependencies, this cost is high compared to the user value it provides. This PR disables scheduled CI and relies on PR-triggered CI instead.

Disable scheduled CI triggers.
