Improves TPMS value indexing and initialization, refines pressure and temperature validation logic, and updates the default dummy pressure metric from 230 to 210 kPa. Also simplifies TPMS command output and removes redundant bounds checks for index mapping.

In #1228, incorrect tire indices were merged.
0x673 and PollReply_TPMS_InputCapt are not in the same order.
