SRVKP-10961: removing .konflux and .tekton dir from upstream console-plugin

These configurations are no longer required in this repository, as a dedicated downstream repository (p12n-console-plugin) has been created to manage and maintain the Konflux build setup.

This change helps avoid duplication and clearly separates upstream development from downstream Konflux build management.
