I've made the change and it came really handy for the build times, so I suggest to make it the norm.

I must also note that I upgraded the python version in my environment - I'm not aware of any new requirements for the 0.26's openai python release, but I did not test with the default current one.

thanks for the PR. I am going to make it so this allows any openai sdk version above the current.

I was initially unsure if I could suggest this, but it certainly sounds great. You want to start from .25 or from .26?

Made the change, but you might want consider evaluating similar changes to the other dependencies, of course.
