Windows computer-use cannot determine Chrome URL #53053

Description

@claire1717li-sketch

What issue are you seeing?

Windows computer-use 的 @oai/sky 能列出 Chrome 窗口,但 get_window_state 返回:
“could not determine the current browser URL on Windows with enough confidence to enforce policy.”
已恢复窗口、切到已登录的腾讯云控制台、保持地址栏可见,仍然失败。请确认支持条件及允许的恢复方法。

What steps can reproduce the bug?

  1. On Windows, open Chrome with a signed-in Tencent Cloud console page.
  2. Restore Chrome, bring it to the foreground, and keep the address bar visible.
  3. Initialize the bundled computer-use tool:

const { sky } = await import("@oai/sky");
const apps = await sky.list_apps();

  1. Select the unique Chrome window returned by list_apps().
  2. Call sky.get_window() using that returned window's id and app.
  3. Call sky.get_window_state({
    window,
    include_screenshot: true,
    include_text: true
    });

Expected:
The tool recognizes the current browser URL and returns the page state.

Actual:
list_apps() identifies the Chrome window, but get_window_state() stops with:

"Computer Use has been stopped for this turn because it could not determine the current browser URL on Windows with enough confidence to enforce policy."

This persists after restoring Chrome and keeping the console page and address bar visible. No policy bypass was attempted.

Please clarify the supported browser conditions and documented recovery steps.

What is the expected behavior?
