[Printers] Allow to rename file after scanning

Currently all scanned files will be named as "scan.pdf". Will be good to able to rename them from phone as it is hard enough...

Maybe in that way, settings on the right wrapped with empty_inline_space_remainder modifier
and add some emoji to the remove button also

Reduce the code using magic filters, so the rename handler accept only text, therefore, no need for emptiness checking
What's the situation when no scanned file found? Looks like impossible case
You can use the same pattern for setting up the name of the scan as all other scanning settings, so that no need to impose new data field rename_prompt_message_id and delete its message with caution at the end (telegram bad requests are now ignored by the dispatcher)
