Updates GPT-OSS model-import runtime configuration:
Adds the
vllm-gpt-oss-20b-importedandvllm-gpt-oss-120b-importedCRDsRegisters the runtimes in
config/runtimes/kustomization.yaml.Updates the GPT-OSS sample InferenceServices to point at the new VLLM imported runtimes and adds a matching 120B sample.
