OneTrueWorkshop concept

All code and text changes (as we learn and expand our curriculum) will be written in otn-workshop-base. This will be an ever-changing collection of our repertoire for all workshop contexts. As we near an upcoming workshop, we should follow these steps:

1. review/edit/test the relevant code (on master and gh-pages) in otn-workshop-base
2. review/edit the install and setup instructions (on master and gh-pages) in otn-workshop-base
3. fork otn-workshop-base and stand up the new webpage
4. follow the steps below to finalize the workshop content

There should NEVER be extra code that lives in workshop-specific repos. All new content/code-writing should occur in this otn-workshop-base repo, so that this is the most up-to-date curriculum which will live on past each workshop, ready to be used again in the future.
