Add comprehensive installation methods: Docker, uvx, pip, and DXT Desktop Extension

This PR implements multiple easy installation methods for the OpenAPI MCP Proxy, making it accessible through various channels and deployment scenarios.

🚀 New Installation Methods

Docker Support

• Dockerfile with security best practices (non-root user, minimal image)
• docker-compose.yml for easy deployment with persistent volumes
• Multi-platform support (amd64, arm64) via GitHub Actions
• Optimized builds with comprehensive .dockerignore

Python Package Distribution

• uvx integration for isolated tool installation
• pip compatibility for traditional Python workflows

🔧 Technical Improvements

Package Architecture

• Refactored entry point to openapi_mcp_proxy/main.py with proper async handling
• Added synchronous wrapper run() function for script execution
• Updated root main.py to use the new modular structure
• Improved Python version compatibility (3.12+ instead of 3.13+)

CI/CD Infrastructure

• GitHub Actions workflows for automated testing across Python 3.12 and 3.13
• Automated PyPI publishing on version tags
• Docker image building and publishing to GitHub Container Registry
• Comprehensive testing of all installation methods

Documentation

• Completely restructured README with clear installation sections
• Added usage examples for each installation method
• Included troubleshooting and development setup instructions

The implementation provides 7 different installation methods:

All methods are production-ready and maintain compatibility with the existing MCP server functionality.
