This changes all references to "localdocs_v2" to "localdocs_v*".

At the time of writing, local docs is on v3, but this is intended to make it so that the documentation does not need edited every time a new version comes out.

Notes

It would appear that the Chinese documentation is set up differently than the documentation for other languages, and looks like it needs to be revisited to make sure it is falling in line with the remainder. That is not within the scope of this project, but I wanted to bring it up since I noticed it.
