Mentions

To mention another user, type the "@" symbol, followed by their user name Ex: "@connorshea you're a nerd"

This will generate a notification with the mentioning comment as the subject, with the message "(user who mentioned) mentioned you in a comment"

Replies

To reply to another comment, use ">>" followed by the id of the other comment.

Ex: ">>1 I dunno, it's not kawaii enough"

This will generate a notification saying that "(user making comment) replied to your comment on (thing the original comment is on) (id of that thing)"
