Add LineRenderer class (GL_LINES pipeline) with its own vertex/color buffers and shader program. Expose via message types 16 (load lines) and 17 (clear lines) in viewer.h. Python API: viewer.lines(vertices, edges, colors, width) and viewer.clear_lines().
