Script scans database and filesystem to identify files present which belong
exclusively to mods which are marked as deleted ("hidden"). It then outputs
the number of files and total disk space used by them, as well as dumping
the filenames to a temp file which can be used to remove the files.
With the "-d" option it can also dump extended details of the identified
files to a tab separated CSV to visually inspect what was found.
Usage instructions/example included at the top of the python script.
NOTE: This script does NOT and SHOULD NOT delete any of the identified files!
Deletion should always be both a seperate and manual step!
