Meant to tackle an actual issue but began fixing little style & functionality things instead:

• Widget styles have consistent padding on parent, regardless of type (removing javacript-injected padding)
• Reworking selecting logic so cursor doesn't highlight on drag
• Learning Guide style changes and no-motion setting
• Fixing no-motion bug that prevented turning it back off once it was on
