Add logging level to NetBird Helm Deployment

There was a need to see the debugging logs from NetBird, so I've added the NB_LOG_LEVEL environment variable to the k8s deployment in the helm chart.

Thanks for the contribution but this will do nothing as the deployment being edited here is the operator itself which doesn't recognize NB_LOG_LEVEL, you will need to add this as an argument to the controller similar to this and this, and set this value on the router deployment similar to this
