Remove the deprecated rneat alias (#710)

rneat was renamed to eidolon in v2.0.0. The alias shim was meant to last one transition release.

Versioning: MAJOR. CLI command names are public API under versioning.md, so this belongs in v4.0.0.

Change

• Deleted eidolon/src/bin/rneat.rs, the shim that warned and forwarded to eidolon. Cargo discovered it automatically from src/bin/, so Cargo.toml needed no change.
• conda-recipe/build.sh installs only --bin eidolon.
• The README and docs-site index banners now say the alias was removed in v4.0.0.
• Not changed: release binaries (rust_binaries.yml) never packaged rneat, so release-page users are unaffected. Historical mentions (archived plans, figures, the rename scope doc, the RNEAT_* token tables) describe the past and stay.

Migration: invoke eidolon instead of rneat. A binary that is renamed or symlinked to rneat still runs as eidolon through the multicall fallback (#794), without the old warning.

Evidence

• cargo metadata lists eidolon as the package's only binary target. cargo build --bin rneat fails with "no bin target named rneat", which is what the old --bin rneat in the recipe would now hit.
• Ran the recipe's exact install line (cargo install --no-track --locked --bin eidolon --root …) into a scratch prefix. It produced only bin/eidolon, and eidolon --version ran.
• Full workspace suite (1,097 tests), fmt --check and clippy -D warnings pass locally. No test exercised the shim.

Not verified

• No actual conda build was run, only its cargo install line. The Bioconda recipe update happens at release.
