PM: enrich GOOD_SG.json — add 3 public-good concepts

What changed

• Added GOOD_SG-170 Check This Job Ad to cover Singapore job-ad scam screening with a noticeboard-forensics UI that turns flagged claims into visible evidence.
• Added GOOD_SG-171 How Much Will the Visit Cost to cover health-system cost clarity for GP, polyclinic, and hospital follow-up visits with a receipt peel-down interaction.
• Added GOOD_SG-172 Walk Home Together to cover late-night last-mile safety with a waypoint-led route strip instead of a generic live map.
• Updated idea_count from 78 to 81 to match the dataset after these additions.

Why

• digital safety, health systems, and safety remain thin or high-value areas in the ideation brief.
• Each new idea uses a distinct UI direction and a concrete interaction model to avoid repeating the built POC patterns already in app/pocs/.
• The titles and summaries were written to pass the one-friend test and give future Dev runs sharper implementation guidance.
