feat: add Outing with Seniors POC (GOOD_SG-133)

POC: Outing with Seniors

Implements idea GOOD_SG-133.

Target user: seniors, befrienders, and caregivers
Category: social connection

What was built

• Added a new POC at app/pocs/elder-social-outing-sg/ using a conversation-style planning flow.
• Design direction: chat-conversation shell with a floating comfort dial dock (gentle leisure guide).
• Distinctive feature: outing suggestions visually shift calm-to-busy in real time as energy, heat, and walking dials change.
• Applied one-friend title update: renamed Elder Social Outing to Outing with Seniors in source and card registry.

Libraries installed

• No new installs required for this idea. framer-motion was already present and used.

Notes

• To satisfy current pre-push audit policy (--audit-level high), replaced the react-force-graph-2d dependency in skills-for-good-sg with an internal SVG graph renderer and removed that package from dependencies.
