Distros that want reproducible builds need the man page's date stamp to be stable. time.Now() at build time means the binary's man pages drift on every rebuild even if the source didn't change. Pull the timestamp through a small buildTime() helper that checks SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH first (see the reproducible-builds.org spec) and falls back to time.Now() when it's unset or unparseable. Route the heading timestamp through a small `buildTime()` helper that reads `SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH` (per the reproducible-builds spec) and falls back to `time.Now()` when it's unset or unparseable. Default behaviour is unchanged for anyone not setting the variable.
