Hi,
When using the glypy library to traverse a glycan's links with sugar.links.items(), it seems I can only retrieve the carbons from the link's parent (link.parent_position) and child (link.child_position) but not the oxygen from the acceptor sugar's hydroxyl group that is part of the glycosidic bond.
Is there something that I overlook to get that atom object with its numbered name (like "O6") ?
Thank you for reading me.
