Bug: Test prefix accidentally committed to production documentation title

The documentation page title has been changed to include a TEST: prefix for testing purposes, as explicitly stated in the PR description. This test marker appears to be accidentally included in what looks like a production commit. The title "TEST: CI checks" would be visible to end users viewing the documentation.
