Closing since I can't repro the "issue" I was fixing anymore. Seems like my notebook got into a weird state in which the exception being thrown in the cell I changed in the PR was a |

The qiskit sample notebook was handling a
QasmErroras aQSharpErrorin a try-except block. This PR fixes that.
