The Gatsby telemetry endpoint (https://analytics.gatsbyjs.com/events) is no longer responsive after the decommissioning of old Gatsby Cloud infrastructure.

In CI builds, Gatsby attempts to flush telemetry synchronously on exit, causing two consecutive 60-second timeouts (a 2-minute hang after building finishes). In local development, it needlessly spawns detached background processes attempting network connections to the dead endpoint.

Yarn Berry automatically injects environment variables from .env.yarn into all Yarn commands (yarn build, yarn develop, etc.). Adding GATSBY_TELEMETRY_DISABLED=1 here disables telemetry project-wide for both local development and CI runs.
