remove container after stopping if not the latest image

The main snickers instance already pulls and rebuilds every hour, the only other thing needed is to destroy ('rm') a container after stopping it if its image was not the latest one that exists.

It might also be that config.application changes for a domain (in that case you might want to manually stop and rm the existing container, that will be faster then)

maybe even remove containers every single time, to achieve a simpler system.
