This repository provides analysis code for Rodrigues, Tackmann et al.: "The MicrobeAtlas database: Global trends and insights into Earth’s microbial ecosystems" (2025) (preprint). Program code is provided in Jupyter notebook format, accessible using the Jupyter Notebook / Jupyter Lab apps (https://jupyter.org/) and supported by diverse coding environments / IDEs.
