Daylight Analysis

Usage:

• run main.py
• Choose a space for analysis. Not all spaces have windows.
• Choose the other parameters you are asked about.
• Results will be shown in the terminal. Plot will appear if chosen.

Ops!

• You have to have all honeybee packages installed. GitHub - ladybug-tools/lbt-honeybee: 🐝 🐝 🐝 Collection of all Honeybee Python libraries

  pip install lbt-honeybee[cli]
      

• You have to have ladybug packages installed. GitHub - ladybug-tools/lbt-ladybug: Collection of all Ladybug core Python libraries

  pip install lbt-ladybug
      

• You have to have Radiance installed. Releases · NREL/Radiance · GitHub
• The script also uses xlxswriter, numpy, matplotlib.
• main.py imports from LightingAnalysis/daylight_analysis_load_IFC_data.py so do not move that file.
• A demo video is in the output folder.
