Export to ScippGroup

This release included better documentation in the form of doc strings and README as well as the option to export data to a ScippGroup. This is more space efficient as pixel positions are stored per pixel id group instead of per ray.

Fix issue with monitors without data

Some monitors were identified as having data even though they didn't, this lead to errors when trying to export data, even for other monitors.
