Add documentation for the new ability to sort tracked links by click count in the Email details Click Counts tab. Users can click the column header to toggle between descending and ascending order.

Added Click Count column sorting documentation based on PR #16129 which adds sorting capability to the click_counts.html.twig template and EmailController.php.
