Integrates the latest fixes from the fontana-gen branch. Fixed free variables and removed deprecated standardization.
Introduces a ReactionRecord struct and a simulate_for_logged method to the Soup in supercollider.rs to track left/right parents, products, success status, and error types for a collision.
