fix(quantizer_wsmeans): cluster distance isn't actually sorting as expected

Array.prototype.sort() works different with Array.prototype.sort((a,b)=>a-b), it actually sorts elements in alphabet order.
Understands external contributions is currently not accepted, but changes are minor thus push directly. Treat it as a issue if you want.
