- README/package.json: reframe as local AI coding agent; add FAQ, model guidance, keywords for discoverability
- docs/index.html: animated terminal sim, hover/nav polish, condensed JS
- system prompt: add parallel tool-call batching, scope discipline, secrets/safety, and git-commit rules; prefer targeted edit_file
- TUI: fix live-frame flicker by clipping stream by visual rows and phase-locking spinner timers to the 100ms flush; remount on /clear so the banner reprints; render sessions/models pickers inside scrollback
