If the latest element in the feed changes, delete previous tweet and retweet

This would avoid retweeting an element multiple times in a row if it is slightly modified, e.g.:

By the way, if an element is modified/deleted after a newer element has been managed by py-feedr, that first element will be kept as-is and won't be (re)tweeted as shown above. We don't have to worry about this case.

(This is simply because py-feedr only cares about the first element in the feed, and it would be too expensive resource-wise to monitor other elements if they change.)
