The build GitHub Actions job failed in package validation due to an environment conflict: uv run re-synced project dependencies and produced an incompatible packaging resolution for twine check. This PR updates package-check execution to run in an isolated tool environment so build artifact validation is decoupled from the project lock context.

  • Workflow change (CI build job)

    • Updated .github/workflows/ci.yml package check step to run twine via uvx instead of creating a venv + uv run.
  • Workflow change (publish build job)

    • Updated .github/workflows/publish.yml package check step with the same uvx pattern to keep behavior consistent across build pipelines.
  • Behavioral impact

    • Package metadata validation now executes in an isolated tool environment, avoiding lockfile-driven dependency interference during twine check.
# before
uv venv
uv pip install twine
uv run twine check dist/*

# after
uvx twine check dist/*
