Update mp3rgain to 2.11.0.
Upstream release: https://github.com/M-Igashi/mp3rgain/releases/tag/v2.11.0
Changes: version bump, refreshed distfile checksums, regenerated cargo.crates from the new Cargo.lock (anyhow 1.0.104, serde 1.0.229, serde_json 1.0.151, thiserror 2.0.19, adds syn 3.0.3).
