Bumps [tmp](https://github.com/raszi/node-tmp) to 0.2.5 and updates ancestor dependency [@wdio/cli](https://github.com/webdriverio/webdriverio/tree/HEAD/packages/wdio-cli). These dependencies need to be updated together.
