The configuration table in plugins/phonic/README.md was missing the
new
forbidSpeechAfterToolCalloption introduced in commit 8137ce4.The option allows specifying tool names after which Phonic should not
auto-generate a spoken reply, which is essential for handoff scenarios.
Without this documentation, developers using TaskGroup or similar
handoff patterns would not know about this configuration option and
would encounter unwanted auto-generated speech after tool calls that
are intended to hand off to another agent.
Introduced by commit 8137ce4 (@arunwpm-work, #1821)
