docs: cross-link sibling repo cre-agent-audit (Autonomy Ladder family)

Adds a Related: the Autonomy Ladder™ family section after ## Acknowledgements and before ## Changelog.

The companion repo linus10x/cre-agent-audit (public v0.2.0 released today) is the commercial-real-estate half of the MIT-licensed Autonomy Ladder™ pattern family. This PR mirrors the symmetric cross-link the cre-agent-audit README already ships with.

What's in the new section

• One-paragraph framing of cre-agent-audit (anchored to the three CRE-AI regulatory matters: TransUnion Rental Screening Solutions, Louis v. SafeRent Solutions, U.S. v. RealPage)
• 9-pattern parity table (6 shared inherited + 3 CRE-specific)
• Parity statement on engineering invariants (MIT, zero runtime deps, primary-source citations, mypy --strict, ≥85% coverage)
• Closing tag: "One framework, two named verticals, one author"

Test plan

• Inserted at the correct location (between Acknowledgements and Changelog)
• Table renders correctly in GitHub-Flavored Markdown
• All linked URLs resolve
• Voice consistent with existing README register; no banned words
• Local pre-commit hooks pass
