What this PR does / why we need it:
Updates sched-ops module dependency. Vendoring was broken otherwise:

go: github.com/portworx/[email protected] requires
        github.com/libopenstorage/[email protected] requires
        github.com/portworx/[email protected] requires
        github.com/portworx/[email protected]: invalid pseudo-version: revision 0b2c202335f7 is not a descendent of preceding tag (v0.20.4-openstorage-rc3)

Fixes #71
