Summary

  • add a public, schema-versioned featured-source list that supports npm packages and GitHub repositories without conflating Featured with Official ownership
  • document the official/community distribution model, adoption criteria, nomination process, full-permission security boundary, and private vulnerability reporting path
  • add CODEOWNERS and featured-list validation, limit automatic npm publication to the @letta-ai scope, and trigger catalog refreshes for curation changes
  • remove the duplicated hand-maintained package indexes; existing package classification and migration remain follow-up work under LET-10107
  • validated with npm run validate and YAML parsing for both workflows
