This is a very complicated problem
Making a camouflage block without falling back onto the whole TESR thing is not easy
And this can definetly not become a TESR for this feature.

Unless you know how to dynamically create models in minecraft. Please read up on the underlying theory first. Then comeback here and explain your tactic.
