Overview
Allows beste/clock ^4.0 alongside ^3.0 in require-dev, so local tooling/tests can install the latest release without changing runtime (require stays the same).

Note: beste/clock v4 targets PHP ≥8.3 and removes the deprecated Beste\Clock interface in favor of Psr\Clock\ClockInterface, with stricter WrappingClock validation. Projects on PHP 8.2 should continue resolving v3; on 8.3+ Composer may pull v4—verify dev/test code doesn’t depend on the removed interface.
