Fix bugs in pull_requests.rb

• Fixed the conditional check to use == for equality instead of assignment, and replaced put with puts for output. The block syntax was also corrected from curly braces to end.
• Corrected the reversal of the number 12 by converting it to a string before calling reverse, ensuring the intended output.
