To run un-webcast-analyzer effectively, your system should meet the following requirements:
- Operating System: Windows 10 or later, macOS Mojave or later, or a compatible Linux distribution.
- Memory: At least 4 GB of RAM.
- Disk Space: Minimum of 500 MB free space.
- Internet Connection: Required for full functionality.
To download un-webcast-analyzer, visit the Releases page. You will find the latest version available there.
- Click the link to go to the Releases page.
- Look for the latest version.
- Click on the downloadable package that matches your system (Windows, macOS, or Linux).
- Save the file to your computer.
After downloading, follow these steps to run the application:
- Locate the downloaded
.exefile in your Downloads folder. - Double-click on the file to start the installation.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the installation.
- Once installed, open the application from your Start Menu or Desktop.
- Find the downloaded
.dmgfile in your Downloads folder. - Double-click the file to mount it.
- Drag the un-webcast-analyzer icon to your Applications folder.
- Open the application from the Applications folder.
- Open a terminal window.
- Navigate to the directory where you downloaded the file.
- Use the following command to make the file executable:
chmod +x un-webcast-analyzer
- Run the application with:
./un-webcast-analyzer
un-webcast-analyzer offers multiple features designed to enhance your experience:
- Automated Transcription: Converts audio from UN WebTV sessions into written text.
- Speaker Diarization: Identifies different speakers in the session.
- Entity Extraction: Pulls out important details such as speaker names, countries, and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
- Semantic Search: Enables you to search for specific content within sessions easily.
- RAG-Based Chat Interface: Allows for interactive queries about the session content.
Once you have the application open, you will see the main interface. Hereβs how to make the most of it:
- Upload a Session: Click on the "Upload" button to import your desired UN WebTV session.
- Select Analysis Options: Choose the features you want, such as transcription and speaker identification.
- Run Analysis: Click the "Analyze" button. The application will process the session and display results.
- Viewing Results: Results will appear in the output area. You can scroll through transcriptions, view identified speakers, and see the extracted entities.
To use the semantic search:
- Enter your query in the search bar at the top.
- Hit "Enter" or click on the search icon.
- The tool will return relevant parts of the session that match your query.
