Reproduction Steps: The configurator refuses to recognize my K-Type. The board does appear to enter flash mode. I've tried all of the USB ports, reinstalling drivers (with and without anti-virus), and reinstalling the configurator.
Resulting Issue: From flash screen: "No Keyboard Found in flash mode. Press the reset button on the bottom of your keyboard to enter flash mode."
