This ports all parts of the project to support Django 3.0 and the tests for current pytest versions. Doing so, it drops support for Python 2 and Django 1.11, as Python 2 is end of life and DJango 1.11 soon will be.
I bumped the semantic version to 1.0.0 because this is a breaking change.
