Overview
Release 0.22.0 bumps the package version and changelog and points the Stainless OpenAPI metadata at a new spec snapshot.

The user-visible API change is documentation for InstanceAutoStandbyService.Hold: each call replaces the instance’s prior hold, so hold_until is always from the latest request. If idle_timeout was shortened since the last hold, calling hold again can move hold_until earlier. The Hold method signature and path are unchanged; only generated comments and release metadata were updated.
