Brief Summary
Using version 2.7.12 on MacOS 26.6.2
I've wanted for a while to switch to a dedicated password manager instead of using Firefox's built-in, but I've encountered these issues which have really been annoying me :(
I've included videos with some of my issues
Close button related:

Clicking close on the window control buttons will quit the app instead of closing the window. The app should stay open (stay on the Dock) with no windows active.

CMD+W closes tabs -as expected with all apps on Mac that have tabs- but I believe KeePassXC should close the window instead (keeping the app open as I've written above), not closing your tabs and locking you out from your open databases. Maybe you could pin certain tabs that would stay open when closing the window.

CMD+SHIFT+W currently does nothing, other apps that have tabs will close the whole window.
Minimising related:

Minimising the app while having "Show a system tray icon" enabled hides the app from the dock completely, which is expected behaviour -only if I was clicking on close- minimising should just minimise the window.

When logging in to a website, the browser access request window pops up. Clicking on it will also open the main KeePassXC window. Which is probably not supposed to happen. I can't interact with it, so there's no point in it opening.

Once the browser access request pop up closes, the main window will go back to its previous state. If the app was hidden (holding option and clicking the app on the dock, or right-clicking on the app and clicking "hide") it will hide again, if it was minimised it will minimise itself again.

If minimising to tray is enabled, and it was minimised to tray, it will minimise to the dock instead of to the tray
