This Employee Performance Dashboard was created using Power BI Desktop to analyze workforce demographics, employee productivity, performance ratings, satisfaction, engagement, career growth, and workforce cost.
The dashboard includes two report pages: a demographics overview page and a performance analysis page. Together, they provide HR teams with insights into employee distribution, productivity levels, engagement patterns, salary bands, workforce cost, and performance categories.

- Most employees fall into good performance and satisfied employee categories.
- Poor career growth appears as the largest career growth category, which may require HR attention.
- Entry and associate job levels contribute the highest total monthly bonus amounts.
- Performance and productivity can be analyzed by age group, department, education level, job level, gender, status, and state.
